Abstract
Spontaneous hemothorax is defined by the presence of blood in the pleural cavity, outside any traumatic context. Idiopathic spontaneous hemothorax is an extremely rare form of spontaneous hemothorax, in which there is no apparent cause that justifies bleeding.
We report the case of a young patient, treated in our department, for a spontaneous bilateral idiopathic hemothorax.
